Description:

PT for the New Testament (NT) will not follow the arrangement of the 27 NT books in our modern Bible. Instead, we shall follow the chronology according to when each letter was written. In our attempt to mimic how the early Christians came to know about the scripture of the NT, we shall read them in the sequence they came to the church, and put ourselves in the shoes of believers who did not possess the NT as a single book. In this way, we can better understand how certain concepts and ideas developed as we trace the emerging theology of James, Paul, Peter and the gospel writers.

This is the 3rd session for Project Timothy (PT) 2010 Aug-Dec (NYC) NT2.
